In an early stage of my carrer I performed a study for one the world leading Consulting Firm in Success Pattern Recognition within their Portfolio with family owned businesses.
Since then in any conversation with Leaders and Business Owners I am focusing systematically on understanding what makes them successful and what is putting their growth on risk.
We utilized more than 20 years of Success Pattern Recognition to refine our knowledge with hands-on experience what matters the most. We created a system of 21 Key Measures or Pattern for Success. Depending on the specific circumstances, either driven from outside, or where the business is at on the "5 Stages of Growing Good" specific measures will apply.
At my "Alma Mater University of Zurich" I learned about the Swiss Mythology which says that it needs precisely 21 Golden Keys to open the mystic vault to access Wisdom, Vast Knowledge, Insights and criticals Tools and Measures - the most valuable treasure.
Inspired by this legacy and the magical belief in success, we named our approved and continously refined set of measures the 21 Golden Keys for Growing Good.
